Physical Products

Returns: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items: Customized, made-to-order, or clearance items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
Design Services / Consultations

Service Refunds: Due to the nature of creative services, refunds are not issued once the design process has begun. However, if you cancel before any work has commenced, a partial refund (minus consultation fees, if applicable) may be available.

Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions as part of our service packages to ensure your satisfaction.

We do not refund once you approve our appointment as an Architect / Interior Designer for your project. The approval herein shall means any verbal communication or transmission of any drawings in soft or physical copy to you via email/chats/messages or downloaded or drawings viewed through this website crestelea.design. We provide services and hence we do not refund any amount whatsoever.
Digital Products (e.g., downloadable plans or guides)

Refunds: All digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered due to the nature of the content.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective physical and tangible item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund where applicable.
